Price Match Guarantee
We will beat the price of any legitimate VAT-registered business offering the same service within our coverage area, subject to the following conditions:
- The competitor’s quote must be provided in writing before our service is booked and must clearly outline the same or equivalent services.
- Quotes received after our services have been completed are not eligible for a price match.
- The competitor must operate within our defined service area below.
(We do not price match businesses that are not VAT registered. The mandatory VAT registration threshold is relatively low, meaning that companies below this threshold likely lack the experience, expertise, or knowledge to perform the work to a professional standard.)
No Refund Policy for Work Carried Out
Once our services have been completed, we do not offer refunds or adjustments if the customer obtains a cheaper quote from another provider after the event.
- Customers are encouraged to confirm pricing and seek alternative quotes in advance of booking.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline work on any vehicle at our sole discretion.
Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to:
- Vehicles with significant pre-existing issues that may interfere with the remapping process.
- Safety concerns or modifications that fall outside the scope of our expertise.
Service Area
Our price match and services apply only to businesses and vehicles within our defined service area as outlined below.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their vehicle and any existing issues before the commencement of work.
- Failure to disclose critical information may result in service refusal or additional fees.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods are card, cash, or bank transfer.
